OAK HARBOR COTTAGES is a community project sponsored by the McPherson Housing Coalition (MHC). Plans include creating an emergency shelter that will provide a safe, secure place for families experiencing homelessness in McPherson County. The McPherson Church of the Brethren committed to build one of the tiny homes. Outreach Team coordinated project details with MHC. The church raised money to support the tiny home construction. Home furnishings & construction services were also donated. The project was completed by fall of 2022.
