15 Mar 3/15/20 Worship Update
Dear McPherson Church of the Brethren:
In the midst of rapidly changing and developing protocols we are wishing to act appropriately and responsibly. There will be NO Sunday School/Spiritual Growth Hour on Sunday, March 15, 2020. Worship participants will bring you worship at 10:15 a.m.
We strongly encourage you to stay home and stay healthy. We believe we are honoring our call to love one another when we help keep one another safe. We also know we are helping all those on the medical front lines when we slow the spread of the virus through our limited contact.
We are blessed here at McPherson COB to already have the ability to share electronically through the local channel 13 broadcast and live stream on our YouTube channel. Our worship bulletin is available online.
At the beginning of the coming week we will meet to determine ‘next steps’ concerning any and all church activities in the next few weeks. We will be back in communication with you when those decisions have been made. Look for updates on: e-mail, the church website, Facebook page and electronic newsletter.
In the meantime, reach out to one another through electronic media. A call, a text, an e-mail, a post can mean so much. Let us be creative and safe as we care for one another.
