Let us gather to honor God in whom we find our refuge and safety.
You are our God; all good things come from You alone.
Let us sing praise to God who gives us a rich inheritance, and surrounds us with abundance.
You are our God; our lives are in your hands.
Let us give thanks to God who guides us; whose presence strengthens and sustains us.
You are our God; we will not be shaken. Let us worship God together!

Worship Band
[Verse]
Holy Spirit rain down, rain down.
Oh comforter and friend, how we need your touch again.
Holy Spirit rain down, rain down.
Let your power fall, let your voice be heard.
Come and change our hearts, as we stand on your word.
Holy Spirit rain down.
[Chorus]
No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind can know what God has in store.
So open up heaven, open it wide over your church and over our lives.
Unison Scripture Reading | Psalm 16 | Carolyn Brown
(inspired by verses from Psalm 16 – lightly adapted)
I say “Only you are my God! Every good thing I have is a gift from you.
All of creation is wonderful, and it makes me joyous!” Alleluia!
You, God, are all I want! You are my choice, and you keep me safe.
You make my life pleasant, and my future is bright. Alleluia!
I praise you, God, for being my guide. Even in the darkest night, your teachings fill my mind.
I will always look to you. Alleluia!
Upon my death from this life, my body will decay but my spirit will flourish. Alleluia!
You have shown me the path to life, and you make me glad by being near to me.
Embraced in your love and grace, I will always be joyful. Alleluia!
