Jesus offers a new-old commandment – that we should love each other.
With the incredible power and the unfathomable depth of God’s love for us – we can – we must – love one another.
And it is in this – our love for one another – that the world will know whom and what we worship.
Let us – children of God – love one another.

Scripture Focus

John 13:31-35 | The New Commandment
31 When he was gone, Jesus said, “Now the Son of Man is glorified and God is glorified in him. 32 If God is glorified in him, God will glorify the Son in
himself, and will glorify him at once. 33 “My children, I will be with you only a little longer. You will look for me, and just as I told the Jews, so I tell you now: Where I am going, you cannot come. 34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that
you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Revelation 21: 1-6 – A New Heaven and a New Earth
21 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy
City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her partner. 3 And I heard a loud voice from
the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and God will dwell with them. They will be God’s people, and God will be with
them and be their God. 4 ‘God will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things
has passed away.” 5 The one who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then [the one] said, “Write this down, for these words
are trustworthy and true.” 6 [The one] said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water with
out cost from the spring of the water of life.
