Church members supported Earth Day 2022 by learning more about electronic-waste (e-waste). Computers, phones, tablets and other tech devices use valuable metals to work. If thrown into landfills, the waste can become toxic and is wasteful. Individuals collected retired electronic devices and delivered them to Salina Solid Waste for proper disposal.
