28 Apr How to Fight Racism
A ten-session book study of How to Fight Racism by Jemar Tisby commenced on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at The Cedars. The small group participants were McPherson Church of the Brethren members Rosalie Black, Elaine Fleenor, Jon Flory-Schrock, Miriam Hoover, Cara Hudson, Kirk McGregor, Carol and Marty Ward along with Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church deacon Craig Hart and McPherson College senior Shy Henks. The book study was an outgrowth of the Jesus in the Neighborhood goal to “Partner for Racial Justice.”
