03 Aug Church Ministry Teams
Basic areas of church life are covered by Church Ministry Teams. These teams are added and dissolved as new areas of ministry are identified, as the congregation’s needs change and as persons and groups discern ministries in which they want to be involved. Each team has a chair or co-chair called by the Congregational Forum. Chairs serve a two-year term with a limit of three successive terms. The chair serves as a representative to the Leadership Team.
Current Ministry Teams at the McPherson Church of the Brethren include Leadership Team, Caregiving Ministries, Faith Formation, Fellowship & Hospitality, Gifts Assessment and Development, Open Door Ministries, Outreach, Properties, Stewardship & Finance, Worship and Youth Ministries.
Additional church ministries include Good Beginnings Preschool and Kingdom Kids.
