Max Landon Goering and Samantha Kay Fairchild will be married July 28, in the great wilderness of the Pacific Northwest. Everyone is invited to celebrate with them at a come and go reception on Sunday, August 5, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., at the Dyck Arboretum, 177 W. Hickory Street, Hesston.

Summer Intergenerational Spiritual Growth

Sundays, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. – Church Social Room

  • Appropriate for mature rising 6th graders through centenarians.
  • June 3rd through September 2nd (Class will NOT meet today or August 12th)

Can Produce a Living Faith Today

  • You can participate even if you miss one or two Sundays due to summer travel and commitments.

First Fridays: McPherson College at The Cedars — This is a free educational series of classes that are open to all ages. On Friday, August 3, at 3 p.m., Andrew Ehling will present “Athletics Jeopardy.” For information, contact Kendra Flory (floryk@mcpherson.edu or 620.242.0432).

Brethren Disaster Ministries announces upcoming opportunities – Lybrook Community Ministries, September 2 –8. The work will include cutting and splitting wood, winterizing homes, assistance in a thrift shop and other projects. Contacts: Bud Taylor (620.245.4836) or Susan Taylor (620.245.4835). Technical Assistance – If you would like to run a camera during worship, load the worship service into the computer, run the computer during worship or run the sound system during worship, please call the Church Office (620.241.1109). Leave your name and contact number and a member of the Audio-Visual Team will be in touch with you with additional information and to schedule a time for training.
